Background, field experience and execution logic
A path shaped by the field
My background was built in environments where theory is not enough: forestry operations, operational coordination, logistics, field execution, and highly constrained African contexts.
These experiences taught me to make quick decisions, deal with reality as it is, and keep operations moving despite uncertainty.
From operations management to field execution
I have held management roles in forestry operations, with responsibilities covering site organization, team management, operational follow-up, and safety requirements.
I have also worked in more directly operational roles, including logistics and delivery, which strengthened a practical understanding of execution, field rhythms, and real-world constraints.
Continuity rather than dispersion
These experiences do not belong to separate worlds. They all share the same underlying logic: coordinate, execute, adjust, secure, and keep things moving forward.
It is this continuity between management, field operations, and logistics that now shapes the way I approach projects.
Why this path matters today
This background allows me to approach a project not only through ideas or intentions, but also through the practical conditions of implementation: people, pace, resources, terrain, safety, logistics, and feasibility.
It is in this space between vision and execution that I am most useful.
